DEC 3000
Unfortunately this series does not run Linux and probably never will. Some people tried, but apparently failed (see the Links section).
However, the DEC 3000 models are on NetBSD's and OpenBSD's compatibility list - give it a try!
We currently have a Model 300LX running NetBSD 2.0.2. Even the framebuffer is supported by this release.
